Garlic and Parmesan Skillet Potatoes

·      2 cans sliced potatoes, drained

·      2 Tbls. Butter, melted or oil

·      4 cloves fresh garlic, chopped

·      ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

·      1tsp. dried thyme

Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a small oven safe pan pour half of the butter in the bottom. Arrange half the potato slices to form one layer. Sprinkle half of the parmesan, garlic, thyme. Continue to layer the ingredients till all the potatoes are used. Place pan on stove top on medium- high heat. Allow to cook, undisturbed, till the edges start showing signs of browning. Pull from heat and Place in oven for about 20 minuets.
