Simple Chimichurri

·        1 bunch fresh cilantro

·        1 bunch fresh parsley

·        1 bunch fresh oregano

·        1 bunch fresh basil

·        3 cloves fresh garlic

·        2 limes zested and juiced

·        2 TBL red wine vinegar

·        4 TBL olive oil

·        1 TBL red pepper flake

Directions:

In a blender, combine all ingredients till well incorporated. If no blender is available finely chop all herbs and garlic. Add rest of the ingredients and whip to combine. Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes.
