Lentil Flatbread

·         2 ¼ cup water

·         1 cup lentil flour

·         ½ cup AP flour

·         2 Tbls. Chili seasoning

Directions: In a blender, combine all ingredients till batter forms. In an electric skillet or sautee pan on medium-high heat with a little oil or butter, pour about ¼ cup batter and spread out thin with the back of a spoon. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
